Microinvasive squamous cancer..
Note the usual features of a squamous cell carcinoma, including the tendecy
to form little pearls, and for individual cells to undergo apoptosis. This
is not striking, but I would expect you to recognize this as invasive cancer.
There is of course a lymphocytic "response"; perhaps they sense
the HPV (too late!)
