Burkitt's Lymphoma

Burkitt's lymphoma. The tiny white dots in the cancer cells are lipid droplets. As they die off, their lipid is eaten by macrophages, where it becomes concentrated. The macrophages are the white "stars" against the background cancer cells, the blue "sky".
