Cholangiocarcinoma.
This cancer arises from the bile ducts. You know it is an adenocarcinoma by the weird glands back-to-back, a swiss cheese appearance. These cancer cells are irregularly shaped with an increased nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, in addition to having oversized, bizarre-shaped, dark-staining nuclei. These characteristics can help one recognize mnalignancy regardless of the cell of origin.
In some countries, there are a lot of cholangiocarcinomas because of liver flukes.
Similar cancers arise in the gall bladder. Here the risk factor is gallstones.
