Breathing and movement require additional magics, and visitors cannot see a thing. The "magma folk" are anarchists and cannot understand why anyone would object to being burned alive by them. Elemental servants from this plane excel at missions in and around volcanoes, and at the earth's core. The Mephit King ("Chalimba") supposedly lives here. Some explorers report a realm of obsidian near the Positive Plane, and a realm of pumice near the Negative Plane.
