Severe dysplasia, histology..
Look for mitotic figures at all levels, and individual cells which have
decided to undergo apoptosis (pyknotic nuclei, hypereosinophilic cytoplasm,
detached from their neighbors) at various levels. The anaplasia in all
levels is obvious. You can also see koilocytic change in a few cells.
