Farmer's Chess (Four Seasons Chess)

I thought that if you are in checkmate, you do not move, but whoever actually takes your king is the one who controls your pieces, since two different enemies might have you in checkmate at the same time.

For this reason I programmed it so that you win by taking the last king.

Stalemate causes that side's units to leave the board.

Pawns promote to ferz. Bishops are 2,2 leapers.

I thought that the lines in King Alfonso's book were to help people remember which way the pawns moved.

Thanks to Matthew Tweedell for help with the debugging (June 9, 2007).
