Three-player version of Credo Chess.

The original rules specified that whoever actually captured a king won. I used the scoring system of Echexs instead, because otherwise a player who was about to lose could sometimes choose which opponent would be the winner by selecting the square to which to move the king. A move by one player may cause a discovered attack on the previous player's king by the next player's runner. I forbade capturing the previous player's king in this situation.
